Setup Fee

The one-time implementation and customization fee covers onboarding, configuration, branding, setup, and deployment services.

Once implementation work has started, setup fees are generally non-refundable.

Customers may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time.

Subscription cancellations apply to future billing cycles.

Partial monthly refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.

Refund requests may be reviewed individually for service issues.
