Service Description

FluxDine provides cloud-based restaurant online ordering and restaurant management software. Our platform enables direct ordering, menu management, and operational automation.

Setup and Subscription

Customers agree to pay:

• One-time implementation and setup fee: $2,000 USD
• Recurring software subscription: $150 USD per month

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Ensuring lawful use of the platform
• Maintaining account security and confidentiality

Intellectual Property

FluxDine retains ownership of the software platform, including all updates and improvements. Customers retain ownership of their specific restaurant content, branding assets, and customer data.

Limitation of Liability

FluxDine aims to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. FluxDine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
